  • Cracked LCD screens or shields 
  • Worn or cracked anti-glare coating 
  • Anything related to batteries 
  • Anything related to touchscreens not installed by Rugged Books  
  • Anything related to viruses or virus removal 
  • Any alterations to the OS, including updates.   
  • All warranties will be voided by any dismantling or defacement of products. 

  • Rugged Books provides standard shipping for all purchases. Extra charge for express shipping & to addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO (Contact us for more information).
  • Handling/Processing times take about 1 business day.
