Products Arriving Damaged :
- If product is damaged, seller will request a picture of the damaged product. Please note the picture MUST include all pertinent information including:
- damaged item, the condition of the package when it is received,. A few photos of each are required.- For those items insured through USPS buyer must retain package to follow up with USPS.
- For those items insured through UPS or Fed Ex, buyer must retain package to follow up with said carrie.
- By simply telling the seller that the product was damaged will not be acceptable for a return.
- If there is a return, the batch number MUST correlate with the one sent to you
- We are very serious against false claims. Any attempts with intent to manipulate our system will result in appropriate repercussions.

RETURNS:
