This great LP has been visually graded as in very good condition as defined by the Rare Record Price Guide. There are some light surface marks, but nothing that looks like it would seriously affect the sound quality, and both sides should play and sound very well. The sleeve is in good condition (please see photos, plus partial split to the bottom edge).
