Vintage 1930s Holland America Cruise Ship Souvenir Sailor Doll 11" Cloth Composition

I’m pretty sure this is composition face but not positive

Good condition considering it’s age

Painted face

No tags or marking

Comes from a smoke free home

His hat say “Hohner” on it maybe someone last name

His hat looks like it was original glued on front and back of head but it’s only glued on the back now
