Q: Does this fit elongated or round toilets?

A: With the bracket system, the bidet will fit both elongated or round toilets. Note: There can be difficulty installing on one piece toilets with curved backs

Q: Do you need electricity to use the bidet?

A: Yes, the bidet requires a single 110v outlet

Q: Does the bidet need a dedicated water source?

A: No, the bidet uses the existing inlet valve as its water source

Q: Does the bidet need a warm / hot water source to heat the water?

A: No, the bidet will heat the water instantenously 

Q: What is the size of the fitting / hoses?

A: The bidet includes 1/2" fittings. This is the most common sized used, but certain homes are fitted with 3/8" fittings. If you have 3/8" fittings, then you will need to visit your local hardware store (Home Depot, Lowes etc) and purchased adapters to allow proper use of the bidet
