Excellent condition all around, has oxidation in some spots as it has some years behind it, i am not an expert in these but looks to me like 1950's/60's. it has 3 tiers and stands 11-1/4" tall with a 8-1/2" weighted base. the top layer measures 4-3/8" and the center hole measures 1-3/4" & nice Repousse pattern with hand tooled outlines. i believe this to be hand raised. very sure standing weighing 2.9 pounds
