These were promotional postcards during the Tri-Star Midwest Collectors Show in St Louis at the 1993 show. Only 5000 were produced to honor Larry Birds cover of Legends Magazine for Jan/Feb 1993 issue (H42). See details on the backside of the card. This will pair well if you have that copy of Legends magazine honoring the "Birdman"

I don't have protective sleeves this size but will use 2 paper money sleeves and a little scotch tape to protect the cards.
