This is a 12-size (approx. 41 mm dial / 43 mm movement) hand-wound watch featuring a 17-jewel adjusted movement, beautifully damaskeened and marked Illinois Watch Co., Springfield.

The watch is housed in a 10K gold-filled Dueber case (serial No. 11340529) showing moderate honest wear consistent with age.
The white porcelain dial with bold Arabic numerals and red outer minute track remains clean and legible, paired with ornate blued-steel hands and a sub-seconds dial at 6 o’clock.
