Legal note for the acceptance of original spare parts 

1. The buyer is informed that the desired goods are expressly ordered and produced from the manufacturer for the customer, since the original spare parts are pure goods. This article is not a stock.

2. We also point out that motorcycle accessories and spare parts may only be installed by half -timbered sites. In the event of a return or complaint case, the buyer must provide a professional installation of a specialist workshop.

3. Own built -in or grown items are excluded from the exchange, or an impairment is determined.

4. In the event of damaged or defective goods, the complete sales price will be reimbursed or the goods are replaced.

5. The delivery time in Germany is between 10 and 12 working days after receipt of payment. In a few cases, the delivery time can extend.

6. Outside of Germany, the delivery time varies depending on the country.

7. The buyer always bears the back end costs

8. No articles are withdrawn outside the European Union.

9. Customs fees and import duties have to pay the customer separately in his country and are not included in the price
