Legal note for the acquisition of original spare parts and accessories:

1. Order and production: The buyer is informed that the desired goods are ordered and produced specifically for the customer from the manufacturer. It is a specialist trading goods that are not kept in stock.

2. Installation by half -timbered sites: motorcycle accessories and spare parts may only be installed by half -timbered sites. In the event of a return or complaint, the buyer must present a professional installation. An impairment is determined in accordance with the judgment of the Federal Court of Justice Az.: VIII ZR 55/15.

3. Special configurations: Configured articles such as topcase, side cases or tuning packages cannot be ordered directly from motorcycle manufacturers. We offer set items specially compiled for you, which are ordered and registered from the manufacturer. These specially prepared set articles are excluded from exchange, return or cancellation. A reversal fee of 20% is deducted from the purchase price in the event of cancellation, exchange, exchange or return in accordance with the judgment of the Federal Court of Justice Az.: VIII ZR 55/15.

4. Electronic items: Articles such as heating handles, gait ads, switching machines, heated benches, final silencers with special mapping, indicators, headlights, USB or Bluetooth sockets and fog lights sets are generally excluded from the exchange. These items must be electronically installed by a specialist workshop.

5. Defective goods: In the event of defective goods, the full sales price is reimbursed or the goods are replaced.

6. Self -installation: Own built -in or grown items are excluded from the exchange, or an impairment is determined.

7. Customs fees: Customs fees and import duties are to be borne separately by the customer and are not included in the price.

8. Delivery times outside of Germany: The delivery time varies depending on the country.

9. Return costs: The buyer always bears the return costs.

10. No return outside the EU: Articles are not withdrawn outside the European Union.

11. Delivery times within the EU: The delivery time in Germany and the EU is between 10 and 12 working days after receipt of payment. In rare cases, the delivery time can extend.
