Warranty Terms & Conditions

If you ordered an incorrect part (e.g., the part number differs), please return it with a completed Returns Form (see ‘Returns’) to request the correct part. Our return policy allows for returns within 30 days. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will promptly send a replacement if available. If the requested part is unavailable, we will issue a refund and notify you by email. Please note that return postage charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty, or an incorrect part was sent.

A replacement or refund will be issued only if the item is returned in the same condition as supplied, with security marks intact.

GP Metals & Spares does not cover labour costs or any charges related to fitting, removal, or replacement of parts supplied.

Colour Variations: Please contact us or provide your VIN to confirm colour codes, though note that even with matching codes, slight variations may occur due to wear and tear.

Inspection & Reporting: Inspect items upon delivery. Report any damage within 24 hours with evidence (including package and label photos). Delayed reports may limit claim eligibility. Always provide your vehicle registration (Reg) when requesting replacements.

Tampering & Modifications: Warranty is void if items show signs of tampering or modifications. Do not attempt repairs without our approval.

Please note: We strongly recommend that all safety-critical parts be fitted only by certified automotive technicians. We accept no liability for malfunction, damage, or injury caused by incorrect installation of these components.

🚘 Please Note – Large Panels & Bumpers

All panels and bumpers are used and graded, and may show minor cosmetic imperfections consistent with previous use. Every item is visually inspected and quality checked prior to removal and confirmed to be in good usable condition, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

Please carefully review all photos provided, the item shown is the exact one you will receive. In the unlikely event that an item is lost or damaged in storage prior to dispatch, we will supply a replacement of equal or better condition, where possible.

🚚 Delivery & Inspection (Large Items)

Doors, bumpers, and larger body panels are hand-delivered by our specialist courier and are not boxed or packaged due to their size and fragility.

Upon delivery, please inspect the item carefully before signing.
If you notice any damage, you must:

1. Inform the driver immediately so they can photograph the affected area.

2. Report the issue to us within 24 working hours, including clear photographs of the damage, so we can begin an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
