I usually mail items the same day as for when they're paid. If yours doesn't arrive within a reasonable amount of time, the issue is with the postal service, or you submitted payment prior a weekend/holiday and it wasn't processed until the following business day.

Everything gets inspected thoroughly, and I take photos / videos of all items as they are packaged. And, understand the photo used in the auction is the same item that’s being sold.
