PLEASE...I can't stress this enough...COMMUNICATE. Yes, I have my listings shut off for returns because too many buyers take advantage and use it for buyers remorse, or using it as an excuse to not read descriptions or measurements. BUT.....IF you get something and you are truly unhappy with it, will you PLEASE contact me before leaving feedback. I am very reasonable, understanding and easy to work with...but I need the same courtesy from you back. Negative feedback should ONLY be used in cases where the seller will not communicate with you, refuses to help you with a refund or solution to making it right and/or sent you something completely falsely advertised...and I can assure you, we may have differing opinions on what I feel is excellent, good, fair, etc etc but I would NEVER do any of those things mentioned. I go above and beyond with communication, fast shipping and being as descriptive as possible along with tons of pictures. Please give me the same courtesy and respect I give to you. Anything can be worked out if BOTH parties communicate, and if something is wrong, I will never know or can offer any solution if you don't let me know and give me a chance to rectify. The way to tell a seller you are unhappy is NOT by leaving negative feedback....that should be the last resort when the seller won't help you, otherwise, you should always contact your seller first and give them a chance to offer solutions.
