• Joey's Pizza Sauce Seasoning Mix was born over 50 years ago, a secret recipe then and still a secret today.  This mix is used to this day in operating pizza restaurants.  This is a complete sauce mix.  -NOT A TOPPER OR SAME OLD ITALIAN SEASONING-This creates a unique zesty flavored sauce. Just mix with tomato puree and water, let sit in refrigerator for at least 1 hour (4 hours is best) then use it to create old school restaurant pizzas at home.  Leftover sauce can be frozen for use later. Makes about 5 cups of completed sauce.
