However, please note that the Dialga stylus has a green shading of some sort that is molded into the base.  It is actually in the plastic and is not something that can be cleaned off.  It has been on the stylus since its purchase brand new.  You can see it in the photo.  I can only assume that during the production process a minute amount color made its way into the mold thereby causing this.

These are in "as is" condition so if you decide to buy them it will be with the understanding that you accept the green shading as a being from the factory therefore approve of the condition of the item.
