Booklet is in good preloved vintage condition. Cover and pages have some torn pages along edges and corners of book.

The books do have a noticeable elderly person scent. Smells like Grandma's house!

I am happy to combine shipping for any books you purchase at the same time. If you are purchasing more than one book to be shipped to the same address, you will check out through ebay like normal, then when I have the package of books ready to ship, I will refund you the difference in price you paid for shipping versus the actual shipping cost.
