Upgraded motor to a traxxas brushless motor, Amazon water cooled esc (isnt being water cooled though), foam inserted for better floatation, redcat radio and receiver, and 3d printed prop, and a couple other things.

Works great, run on 2s. Will do 3s but will get hot.

Does not include battery.
