This label is designed as a replacement for the label that came on the Factory GM Receiver Hitch #15023049 used from 1988 to 1996 on some Chevrolet, GMC and Cadillac trucks and SUV's with a Weight Distributing Hitch rated at 10,000lb Max Trailer Weight. This label is intended for restoration purposes only. It is not manufactured by GM.

The decal is made using high-bond adhesive that can stick to paint or powdercoat. It is laminated to protect the print.
