New open box. Tested and lights work great with 3 AAA batteries (not included). Music was an optional upgrade on these trees, and this one does not include the music. Comes with 10 ball ornaments. Beautiful white glazed finish with glittering snow detail, with small toy figures under the tree. Very cute and festive piece!
