All those who purchase multiple items from the same or different ads at our ebay store will have a chance to save on shipping costs by taking advantage of a single service.

Shipments

Shipments will be made by Economic, or express courier depending on the method chosen by the customer.

Shipping fees:

They are always real, based on the price lists of our couriers, and are calculated according to the Ratio Weight/Volume and the Place of Delivery. In addition they include packaging costs, handling and preparation of the order.

Times goods evasion:

The order processing time is the time between receiving the payment, and the parcel courier to rely. Usually evasion of goods occurs within 24 hours of being credited calculated, except Saturdays, Sundays, holidays and different indications about specified in each listing.

Delivery time:

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier you choose. We inform our customers that shipments via express delivery will be made by: BRT, DHL, TNT, UPS.

Legislation on the right of withdrawal

Any refunds of goods and their reimbursement are governed by Italian law on mail order sales.
