Womens vintage button up blouse from JC Penny Fashions.  This retro 70s shirt has a high neck with ruffle trim, neck ties, long balloon sleeves with button cuffs and ruffle trim, darted bust and gathered shoulders.  Made from white poplin fabric with navy blue and red stripes; 50% cotton, 50% polyester.  Machine washable.  Measurements below.
