Overall in good shape - not holes or rips in the fabric. Shows a lot of wear on the cuff of the sleeves. There are a few places on the front that look darker/possibly stains

If you need a rain coat to get dirty, hike in and not worry about - this might be for you. Just trying to keep it out of the landfill.
