Delivery is carried out by the state-owned company Ukrposhta. Delivery is usually on time. But, unfortunately, delays occur from time to time, since not everything depends only on Ukrposhta. Delivery is affected by the processing speed of the customs of Ukraine and the customs of the recipient country. This also applies to the postal service of the recipient country. In light of the above, I ask you to keep this in mind in case of delays in the delivery of your parcel!
