📦 Packaging & Sizes
All orders are supplied in 2-metre lengths for easier handling and installation.
While many sellers provide 1-metre sections, we ship longer pieces to help you complete your project more efficiently.
Example: If you order 20 metres, you will receive 10 pieces of 2 metres each.
Each order is securely packed in strong 2-metre cartons. The number of pieces per carton may vary depending on the profile design, as coving sizes differ.
🛡️ Secure Transit
To ensure safe delivery, we may use off-cut materials or protective fillers inside the box to prevent movement during transport.
➡️ Please check all contents carefully on arrival, as your ordered items may be placed beneath the protective materials.
🚚 Dispatch & Delivery

Orders placed before 12:00 noon are dispatched the same working day.

Orders placed after 12:00 noon are dispatched on the next working day.

Our courier partners operate Monday to Friday – no dispatches are made at weekends.

Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days, depending on courier service.

📦 Damaged or Faulty Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please:
