• We only accept returns for unopened items within 14 days. A refund would be issued excluding the shipping cost, and customers may be responsible for return shipping. For damaged items during transit, please contact us upon arrival to initiate a replacement or a full refund. Please provide pictures and videos of the damaged item(s), we need it for evidence for our manufacturing partners overseas.
