We ship the goods from the central warehouse in the Czech Republic. If you are interested in delivery to your country and there is no shipping defined, please do not hesitate to contact us. We ship parts all over the world. Please send us a message with the name of the city and postal code where the shipment should be sent. We will check the price and send you an offer. The shipping prices vary depending on the destination.

Please note that for deliveries from the EU to other non-EU countries, fees will be charged (customs fees, duties and VAT). The fees vary depending on the type of goods and their customs tariff number and it is advisable to check this with the local authorities before ordering. The invoice for the fees is usually issued by the carrier. We cannot influence these fees in any way and they are determined by the local authorities.

If your shipment has not been delivered, please inform us and we will try to solve the problem with the carrier. Please note that the delivery time is not guaranteed and it is not always possible to deliver the shipment on the specified date. No transportation company is 100% reliable and delays may occur from time to time.

If the shipment has been delivered according to the tracking, but you have not received it, please check first whether someone in your area (neighbor, family member) has taken delivery of the shipment.

The goods can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. The return option only applies to unused and uninstalled parts which, if possible, are still in their original packaging. Please pack the shipment carefully so that it is not damaged during transportation. Please place the goods in an additional delivery box, i.e. do not just use the box in which the delivered product was packed as the delivery packaging.
