This is a Commemorative Plate Of Country Club Methodist Church In Kansas City, Missouri.

This vintage plate is used. It does have some dirt and scuffs. I didn't want to take a chance of damaging it.  There are no chips cracks or breaks that I can see.  It is made by World Wide Art Studios Covington,Tennessee.  Please see photos.
