Cancellation & Modification

If you would like to cancel or modify your order, please contact us only if you have NOT received a shipping confirmation.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.

All returned items must be in their original packaging in the same condition as when received.

o The 20% restocking fee may apply to products not returned in their original condition or if components are missing.

The refund process may take up to 1 to 2 weeks after the item has been received, which includes inspection and bank processing time.

o Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment.
o Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty

Limited Warranty

We provide a limited warranty for Ringke products purchased through our official Ringke eBay store against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).

If a material or workmanship defect arises within the Warranty Period, and a valid claim is received, Ringke Store will either provide a replacement or issue a refund.

If the product was purchased as part of a combo package, we will only replace the defective item and not the entire package.

What is not covered:

Normal wear and tear from product use

Damage from improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance

Modifications or alterations made to the product
