Owner and founder of Sprockets UK - Paul Hudson has over 30 years experience with bike maintenance, repair, builds and re-builds. His career has included professional racing in bmx, downhill MTB and XC racing!
Sprockets has been trading since March 2003 and is run by riders for riders. We have built up a good reputation with our customers for both quality of product and speed of delivery. Our intention is to offer the best possible service and answer all your technical questions as soon as possible.

Items showing Free delivery have an estimated delivery time of 2-3 working days or less. All items over £250 will be special delivery. Delivery times may vary, especially in peak periods please check our handling time at the bottom of the listing.
Our carriers apply a surcharge to certain UK Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Islands, unfortunately, we have to pass this charge on to our customers. This does not affect all products and services, those that we can send via Royal Mail are charged at a flat rate. Whilst we do not want to pass on surcharges to our customers we are unable to absorb the full cost of sending to these orders.
When you place an order with us, we like to make sure our delivery charges are plain and simple to understand. It may seem like a heavy read but it will answer all your delivery enquires.
We send our orders from our warehouse via Royal Mail or one of our couriers below, subject to stock availability and security checks. The delivery method used is based on the size, weight, and value of the order.
Any parcel being delivered by special delivery will require a signature on arrival. If you are not at home the driver will leave an information card.
You can track the progress of your parcel by the Track My Order link at the top of the page. If your goods have been sent by a trackable service you will be able to track your order stage by stage using the couriers online tracking system.
Returns Policy:
We offer a 30-day returns policy - if you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return it in its original condition for an exchange or full refund. Please email your contact details.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund return postage costs on items that are not faulty.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS:
We check all of our items before they are dispatched. In the unlikely event of receiving something faulty or damaged please contact us by phone to arrange the course of action. You may be required to provide photographic verification of the damage/fault.
We reserve the right not to issue a refund if the item and packaging are not in satisfactory condition when returned.
Right to cancel
In addition to our Returns Policy, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations of 2014, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days from the day you receive your goods if you are an online, mail or telephone order customer. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer of your cancellation to return the goods. The refund will include any standard delivery charges paid. You will be responsible for the cost of returning a cancelled order tous.
We will refund to you the price paid for the items and (unless you did not pay for delivery) the delivery charges that you paid up to a maximum amount of the cost of our standard delivery option. You will be refunded to your original method of payment within 14 calendar days of our receipt of the cancelled items or, if earlier, within 14 days from the day we receive proof of return from you. If we do not receive the cancelled items back, we may arrange to collect them from you at your cost.
If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase or need to exchange an item, please login to your account and follow the return instructions in the orders tab. We offer a full 30 days return policy.
When posting your return to us, please re-package your goods carefully and use the Royal Mail's Recorded Signed For or similar service to send your items. Please enclose a covering letter outlining the nature of the return.
For International returns, please mark your parcel as "returned goods" otherwise it may get held up at customs which will cause your refund to be delayed.
