Pendants are brand new but the blind box and bag inside
was opened so we know what letter is inside. That way you know exactly which letter you are getting. You can scratch off the area below the QR code on the box after you get it to verify the authenticity of the Labubu with Pop Mart.
NOTE: the pictures are so you know what color and style the pendants you purchased are. For some reason I can't get the "?" one to load. Please DM if you need photos of that one.
