3. How to Choose and Install the Security Module
- First, confirm whether your computer has TPM 2.0 or if TPM 2.0 is enabled.
- Press Win+R to open Run, type "tpm.msc", and check if the TPM version is 2.0 and ready.
- If TPM 2.0 is displayed but not ready, you need to configure it in BIOS. Please contact the motherboard manufacturer's customer service for assistance.
- Open your computer case and check the TPM connector pins on your motherboard.
- When installing the module: align the side with the chip facing inward, match the pins correctly, and ensure it is fully inserted to prevent loosening. (See images for orientation details)
