Efficient Cleaning

What is carbon deposition?
There are some hydrocarbon olefin residues attached to the engine intake, cylinder when the fuel burns in the engine not completely. It residues change into a hard black shell in high-temperature conditions, called carbon deposition.

Why need to clean carbon deposition?
Carbon deposits will reduce the air-fuel ratio, lower engine output, increase fuel consumption, engine shakes violently at idle, all of which will cause deep damage to the engine. So usually we should clean the carbon buildup after every 40,000-50,000 kilometers of travel. Carbon buildup can be clearly seen by removing the throttle.

What is walnut powder?
Grinding walnut shells into powder shows high performance in three aspects: hardness, compressive resistance, and wear resistance. Walnut sand has a large number of pores on the surface, has super adsorption capacity, is non-toxic and anti-corrosion.Our package comes with 5 packs of walnut grit, the weight of a single pack is 2.2 lbs, using walnut grit as a cleaning medium, it will thoroughly clean the engine intake pipe and intake valves, etc., and won't damage these parts

How to use it?

1.Open headcover of  AUTOOL HTS518 and pour into walnut powder (need 2- 3KG ), press dust guard on walnut powder then close cover.

2.Join spray gun muzzle and recycle hose together. (there is a hole in recycle hose)

3. Remove intake manifold of the engine, plug spray gun into the intake, turn the crankshaft to close intake valve. Then connect high-pressure air pump((not include)) to HTS518.

4.Connect AC power, start clean. The process should last 1-3 minutes. (depending on carbon deposition circumstances)

5.Close AUTOOL HTS518, check-up cleaning result. Normally, the walnut powder can be reuse 5-10 times. (depending on carbon deposition circumstances)
