Removed from a 2005 Honda 130 Hp outboard engine. The fluid inside is clean, the motor runs good, i could not see it leak fluid, or leak down over time. I’m selling this unit for parts/ not working because it was a little low on oil. ( must have a tiny leak ) one of the wiper seals on the lower rams is cracked & it has some corrosion.
