The base measures 4" by 8" and is overall6 1/2" high with the figures. It takes 3 AA batteries and the band members sway back and forth while the music plays briefly. It is hard to understand the words but starts with "Get down ..... ...." and that is the only phrase uttered. It is being sold strictly "as is".
