100% Edible Luster Dust are ideal for use with gumpaste or rolled fondant. Intended for use in the dry form, they may also be mixed with oil-based flavorings or alcohol for painting and highlighting Luster Dust produces deep colors of varying hues with a metallic finish and offers a realistic look when brushed onto fondant/gumpaste, chocolate, pulled sugar/isomalt and more. For deeper colors: mix with alcohol or oil-based media and use as a paint or varnish. Luster Dusts render subtle colors with a glossy finish; they can be used alone or mixed with similarly colored matte dusts to add luster without lightening the shade.
