DESCRIPTION
This FHC Venice Series Wall Mount Hinge features a Short Back Plate design and is constructed from Brass material. It is suitable for shower doors in Residential Bath and Commercial Hotel Applications. The hinge requires Tempered Safety Glass and accommodates glass thickness from 3/8" to 1/2" (10 to 12mm). The design incorporates a Dual Degree Pivot Pin, factory set to 90 degrees for normal door closing. The Closing Type ensures the door is Self-Centering Within 15 Degree of Closed Position. Two hinges support a Maximum Door Weight of 110 lbs; three hinges support up to 140 lbs Critical dimensions include an Overall Hinge Height of 3-15/16" (100mm), a Backplate Width of 2-1/8" (54mm), and a Backplate Height of 2-3/4" (70mm). The Glass Gap is 7/16" (11mm), and the Hinge Width is 2-5/16" (59mm). Included components are the hinge, glazing gaskets, wall mounting screws, hex head/cross-head cover plate screws, and a fabrication template. This component is presented in a Brushed Bronze finish.
