DESCRIPTION
This FHC Venice Adjustable Square Wall Mount Hinge is for mounting shower doors in residential bath and commercial hotel applications. It features an Offset Back Plate Style and is constructed from Brass with a Stainless Steel Back Plate material. The hinge allows Field Adjustable settings, providing an additional 5 Degree Close adjustment. The Closing Type is Self-Centering within 15 Degree of the Closed Position. This unit is compatible with Glass Thickness from 3/8" to 1/2" (10 to 12mm), requiring Tempered Safety Glass. A Cutout is Required for installation. The maximum door capacity is 110 lbs when using two hinges, supporting a Maximum Door Width of 36". The Back Plate dimensions are 3-15/16" Height and 2-1/8" Width. The Hinge measures 3-15/16" Height and 2-5/16" Width, with a Glass Gap of 7/16". The Glass-to-wall Clearance is Standard 1/4". For 3/8" glass, use one thick gasket on each side, for 1/2" glass, use one thin gasket on each side. This hardware has a Polished Chrome finish. Maintenance requires drying daily with a soft cloth and using only mild liquid cleaner.
