Tin construction with original paint and highlights.condition is excellent. Some age toning an oxidation to original painted surfaces and a very mild usage history. The little cover for the adjustment feature has advanced tarnish. The celluloid dial face is the best you will see for a scale from this period. Tested as very close to accurate.
