Vintage Halloween Head Of Dracula Lighted Wind Sock Needs Repair.  Head measurements are 7" tall and 5" wide.  There is a hole under the chin where a tiny light bulb would push up through from a battery pack I'm guessing.  The wind sock part is shredding and needs to be replaced.  It looks like the last owner had taped it on, you can see the tape around the neck.  Super cool vintage piece for someone to revamp.  Durable plastic head.  I think the purple color above the eyes was added on but I could be wrong.  The eyes look super spooky.  SKU:S1
