This is a small plastic toy hot rod. It is caled "Thunder Rosie". My knowledge of hot rods is limited, it appears to be a Duece Coupe. It was rleased inside Kinder Surprise chocolate eggs in Germany in 2002. It has rolling wheels, but no other moving parts. It is complete with no marks, wear or damage of any kind. Assembled, it measures about 1 7/8" (4.5cm) long.
