Fender amp and speakers enclosures were favoured by John Lennon during later years of the Beatles and during his time in the Plastic Ono Band for both live and recording purposes
Verification
The speaker cabinet was purchased from an estate sale within the California Area along with the Bands Fender Dual Showman and an RMI Electric Piano
All of which carrying the same band stencils ( Original Advertising , Listing is included with Purchase )
History
Fender amplifiers were used by John Lennon for both live , studio and touring performances with Fenders being seen on stage during the 1972 Plastic Ono , Elephants Memory “ Live in New York City : Performance which was Lennons only rehearsed and full length live performance in his solo career and his first and last , formal full fledged live concerts since the Beatles retired from the Road in 1966
