The goggles are made in Japan
The orders are usually shipped within one business day following the receipt of an order. We are using US Mail (USPS) and Fedex for most of the shipping. If you prefer shipping via Fedex, please include phone number with the order (Fedex won’t deliver without a phone number)
For international shipping, we are using US Mail (USPS), Fedex, DHL and freight forwarders. The freight forwarders, when available, are often provide more favorable custom processing and cost less than traditional carriers.You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. During the holidays, items shipped between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st.
