Oh, Boy, 

Can you use this? 

You are looking at a used  ROGERS Swivo-Matic bass drum collet plate, 

I think it is from the late 1960s or early 1970s. 

When you mix and match parts, some work better than others. 

I cannot guarantee it will work on your drum with your hex part. 

I did spin a collet on it, and it tightened on the newer Rogers hex from the late 60s or early 70s. 

It is the 75 degree angle. 

It can be used on a 22 inch bass drum for the spurs, 

or a cymbal arm or tom arm on some bass drums.

This part is in used condition. 

Chrome on it is is clean, 

As with all used parts, it could show signs of wear, or some scratches or scuff marks. 

But I think this one looks great, check the photos.
