El último deportivo insignia de Ferrari, que apareció en numerosas portadas de revistas y atrajo una atención sin precedentes, el Enzo Ferrari, ahora se presenta en una réplica a escala 1/24. Se emplearon las últimas técnicas de CAD 3D para convertir todos los datos del coche real, recopilados en las fábricas de Ferrari en Maranello, Italia, en un modelo preciso.

La forma elegante y aerodinámica del Enzo Ferrari original se ha reproducido con precisión. Se ha plasmado todo el ingenio de Pininfarina. Se ha reproducido cada detalle, incluso aquellos que no se ven en las imágenes, como los bajos. El motor V12 también se ha reproducido con todo lujo de detalles y se mantendrá visible gracias a un carenado que puede visualizarse tanto abierto como cerrado.

Una de las características más destacadas del Enzo son sus puertas. Gracias a dos bisagras en la parte delantera, las puertas se abren hacia arriba. Esta característica le da a este maravilloso coche una apariencia completamente diferente, tanto abierta como cerrada. Además, el interior, con levas de cambio a ambos lados del volante, asientos tipo butaca y dos pedales, se reproduce con todo lujo de detalles, ofreciendo una impactante sensación de realismo.

El motor ensamblado se monta sobre un subchasis que a su vez se fija al chasis principal. Además, los paneles de la carrocería se fijan al coche de la misma forma que el coche real, haciéndote sentir como si fueras parte del equipo de montaje de Ferrari. Los neumáticos Brigestone Potenza RE050A, especialmente diseñados para el Enzo, se han replicado con gran precisión.

En septiembre de 2002, Ferrari presentó oficialmente el nuevo Enzo Ferrari en el Salón del Automóvil de París. La revolucionaria carrocería íntegramente de fibra de carbono de este deportivo, que lleva el mismo nombre que el fundador de Ferrari, utiliza elementos de diseño de los monoplazas Ferrari de F1, con un morro alargado con palas verticales que se integran con grandes tomas de aire. El control electrónico de velocidad (Drive-by-wire) permite cambiar de marcha en 0,15 segundos. El coche incorpora un motor V12 de 6 litros (tipo F140) capaz de generar más de 650 caballos de potencia, alcanzar 67 kgm de par y propulsar el coche a velocidades superiores a 350 km/h. El Enzo Ferrari se diseñó pensando no solo en la velocidad, sino también en una aerodinámica superior, de ahí la incorporación de un alerón trasero retráctil que proporciona 775 kg de carga aerodinámica a 300 km. En cuanto al control de velocidad, este robusto semental es el primer coche de carretera equipado con discos de freno carbocerámicos de última generación.

The latest techniques in 3D CAD were used to turn all the data on the actual car gathered in Ferrari"s factories in Maranello in Italy into an accurate model.

The graceful and aerodynamical form of the actual Enzo Ferrari has been accurately portrayed. All the genius of Pininfarina has been rendered. Every detail, even those not visible on pictures such has the underpart of the car, have been replicated. The V12 engine has also been replicated down to the finest details and will remain viewable thanks to a cowling that can be displayed in the opened or closed position.



One of the most noticeable features of the Enzo are the doors. Thanks to 2 hinges in their front part, the doors open upwards. This feature just brings a completely different appearance to this marvelous car when in the opened or closed position. Moreover, the interior with gear changing paddles placed on each side of the steering wheel, bucket seats and the two foot pedals is reproduced down to the finest details giving a striking feel of realism.



The assembled engine is mounted on a sub-frame that is then attached on the chassis main frame. Moreover, the body panels are fixed to the car the same way as the actual car and will make you feel like being part of Ferrari car assembly staff. The Brigestone Potenza RE050A tires, specially designed for the Enzo, have been accurately replicated.

Drive-by-wire electronic speed control is capable of shifting in 0.15 seconds.
