Q: Does the D5 come with a power supply?
A: Yes. Please use the supplied DC 5V/2A power adapter for optimal performance. If using other power supply, ensure it provides at least 2A current. Otherwise, the D5 may not function properly.

Q: Can all four channels output simultaneously in "1-IN-4-OUT" mode?
A: Yes, in "1-IN-4-OUT" mode, all four channels can output simultaneously, with D5 acting as an audio splitter.

Q: Can I use D5 as a 4-IN-1-OUT mixer?
A: D5 does not support individual volume control for each channel, so it is not recommended as a mixer. However, it works effectively as a switcher.

Q: Why is there no sound when the RCA I/O port is connected?
A: The 3.5mm Priority jack takes priority over the RCA I/O port. To use the RCA I/O port, please ensure the Priority jack is not connected.  

Q: There is noise during operation. What should I do?
A: If noticeable noise occurs, please try toggling the GND switch on the rear panel. Switching it on or off can resolve most ground loop issues, but we cannot guarantee 100%.

Q: Is volume control available in EQ bypass mode?
A: Yes, volume control remains available in EQ bypass mode.

Q: Does the remote control include batteries?
A: For safer and faster delivery, the remote control may not include batteries (AAA*2). Please prepare the batteries yourself.
