If the VS. Pacco is taken or in stock we will notify you and do what is in our. possession to overcome the empasse.

When you receive the product, please test it immediately and inform us if everything is ok and if so, we ask you to release positive feedback.

Pursuant to article 5 of Legislative Decree 185 of 1999, the Customer has the possibility to withdraw from the contract/order entered into the internet without any penalty and without the need to give any explanation, in compliance with the conditions that follow.

The right of withdrawal lapses:

- for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the asset (package and/or its content)
- also partial use of the good and any consumables
- the lack of the external package and/or the original internal packaging
- the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts ...)
- damage to the product for reasons other than its transport

In the cases indicated above, we will return the purchased asset to the sender.
Customers who acquire VAT and those who buy personalized goods cannot exercise the right of withdrawal.

In order to exercise this right of withdrawal, within a deadline of 14 (ten) working days from the reception of the products ordered, the customer must send to the address below a registered letter with return receipt. The communication can be sent, within the same term, also by telegram, telex and facsimile, provided that it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within the following 48 hours.

The communication must contain:

- The manifestation of will to make use of the benefit granted by Legislative Decree. N. 185 of 22 May 1999
- the indication of the product (s) for which (s) decides to make use of the right of withdrawal
- the data relating to their bank account (this to allow the restitution of the sum due).

To obtain the reimbursement of the consideration, the Customer must, at his own expense, return the products purchased at the following address the payment must be made within the 3 working days following that of declaration of withdrawal.

Responsibility
We do not take any responsibility for the losses of the objects after the delivery of the goods took place.

Technical information
The technical information entered, is obtained from the information published by the manufacturer of the articles entered in our catalog. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify/adapt the technical information of the products of the catalog, even without any notice.
The images relating to the items are indicative, the characteristics of the items delivered can be slightly different from the photos presented in the catalog.

Product availability
We reserve the right to accept or not the orders that will be placed and in any case until the goods are exhausted.
The items for sale can be temporarily not available, in this case the sigg. Customers will be notified by e-mail within a maximum of seven days from the receipt of the purchase order. In the event that the ordered article is no longer available, we use the right to cancel the request received, re -crediting the amounts possibly paid.
