International Buyers – Please Note:
Buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage, and customs fees.
USPS First Class International shipping can take 14-30 business days, depending on your country’s customs processing.
This service provides only shipping confirmation and does not include tracking. For tracking, choose Priority Mail shipping.
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost; they are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office for additional cost estimates before bidding or purchasing.
These fees are collected by the delivering shipping company or upon pickup—please do not mistake them for extra shipping charges.
Electronics sold in the U.S. may not be eligible for warranty outside the U.S.—please verify with the manufacturer.
Shipping & Handling
Items will be shipped after payment clears.
A tracking number will be provided for your convenience.
Buyers outside the continental U.S. may pay extra for shipping—please contact us for a quote before purchasing.
Refused deliveries (except for damaged packages) will incur a 15% charge.
Returns
A 15% restocking fee applies to returned items that are found to be fully functional.
Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery—no exceptions.
New Items: Factory warranty only—no returns or exchanges. Contact the manufacturer for all issues, including DOA (Dead on Arrival).
Software: No warranty, returns, or exchanges.
Brand-new sealed software is factory warranty only.
Open-box software is non-refundable. Contact the manufacturer for technical or installation support.
Return Packaging Requirements:
If the item arrives in its original retail package, it must be returned in the same package, including all packing materials and accessories.
If the item was double-boxed, it must be returned double-boxed to maintain packaging integrity.
Apple Products: Ensure all passwords are removed and that the device is disconnected from your Apple account before returning. Failure to do so may result in refund denial.
Windows Computers: To avoid restocking fees, all passwords must be removed, and Windows should be restored to factory settings before returning.
Return Shipping: Buyers must cover return shipping costs. We will pay to ship the replacement item back. No refunds on shipping costs.
AS-IS Items: No warranty, returns, or refunds.
Compatibility
Please verify compatibility before purchasing. We do not accept returns for items that are incompatible.
