- If you wish to cancel your order, this must be requested within 1 hour of committing to purchase or before our order cut of time 2pm, which ever is the soonest. We cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order but where possible, we will try to complete your request.
- Orders will only be dispatched upon receipt of cleared payment. Where your payment is placed on hold with PayPal, we will release your order once the funds clear.
