Has a few stains on the arms, one small hole where button is missing on the very top. Please check out the pictures. I don’t see a size but I think it is a men’s small.
Arm length is 22in, across chest under arms is 20in, length from shoulder to hem is 28in. Shoulders across back is 16.5in.
