Could this be a rare early C. Alan Johnson Inuit Eskimo?? It sure has the characteristics and zero searches came for this one, so it’s a possibility!
This is a darling mini porcelain figurine of a blue-coated Alaskan Eskimo with basket of (food?) cradled in one arm and reaching out with the other hand to give a treat to something on the ground.
The blue coat has tiny stars and dots with white fur collar and cuffs.
This piece is NOT signed.
It measures approximately 1.8”H x 1.5”W x 1.7” L
Excellent condition with zero chips, cracks or crazing. Fantastic vintage piece!
